2. How to Request a Refund

All refund requests are handled directly through our payment processor, Paddle. To request a refund, reply to your Paddle order confirmation email or visit Paddle's support portal within 14 days of purchase.

3. Processing Time

Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.

4. Exceptions

Refunds are not available for subscriptions older than 14 days or for abusive use.
